Sources and use
Independent information portal
InfoCentar is not a government institution and does not submit applications on your behalf. Connected information includes its source and collection time.
Checks and validity
A successful check means the source was fetched. It does not guarantee every fact was reviewed again. Changed static documents and important notices need editorial review. Do not use a timetable outside its validity period.
User suggestions
Registered users can suggest public information. Suggestions are not published automatically. The team checks an official or confirmed source, approves the details, and lists the source and review date. Contacts and editorial notes are private.
Forms
Fillable copies are recreated by InfoCentar. The original is available alongside them. Check that the institution accepts the copy and that the form is current.
Notices and earthquakes
An empty list does not confirm that there is no hazard. EMSC colours are InfoCentar magnitude markers, not evacuation instructions. Follow competent authorities for emergency instructions; 112 is the emergency number.
Accessibility help
Adjust the display for easier reading. Your choices are saved only in this browser.
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move, Enter to open, and Escape to close a dialog. In the JSP stop picker, use the arrow keys and Enter.
Pages have headings, labeled fields and text timetables for screen readers. For spoken output, use your device’s screen reader, such as NVDA, VoiceOver or TalkBack.
Stop names, stop numbers, lines and timetables remain available as text.
We continue to improve accessibility. External websites and original scanned PDFs may have limitations. If you cannot use something, report it through “Report a problem” in the footer.
